HDT RV Toter

I have a 2002 Volvo 610 for sale that I have recently assembled as an RV Toter. It is titled as an RV.
It has a Volvo 465hp engine with autoshift transmission. I am planning on building a few of these over the next couple of years.
Asking price for this truck is $39,500

Interior Mods.

On the inside I wanted something different. I wanted to travel in comfort and I didn't need the bunk for sleeping. So the first thing I did was remove the bunk and interior walls.

I added some side windows, made new walls and installed oak flooring. I wired everything for 110v and added an inverter/charger. Then I added 2 swivel leather recliners with seatbelts.

You could easily sleep in them if you would like. I added a refrigerator that is mounted in an oak cabinet with Corian top. Other new items include driver and passenger seats, color backup camera, AM/FM/CD player, CB radio, TV/DVD, and Electric brake controller.

Exterior Mods.

I bought the truck as a commercial over the road truck.
I had the dealer I purchased the truck from do a complete inspection and service. They removed the center axle and moved the rear axle forward and had a new driveshaft made. All 6 tires are new.
After I brought the truck home I designed and fabricated the bed and headache rack. The underside and deck plates have been powder coated and the sides of the bed are basecoat clearcoat paint. I would have prefered white but the truck was already black.

Other Projects

Here are a couple other projects that have been worked on at our shop.

1965 Cobra

This is a 1965 Cobra replica. It was built and is owned by Heath. Heath is the machining supervisor at Superior. 1000's of hours went in to making this car what it is. There is no part on this car that was not modified in some way. Many of the parts are one off parts designed and fabricated by Heath.

This car is driven daily as weather permits. It has been on road courses and drag strips. Granny shift the 1/4 mile at 11.002

The motor is a Carol Shelby Aluminum Block (498cu.in.) Aluminum pulleys, valve covers, accessory mounts and many other parts by Heath.

Honda CR500

Again this is Heath's latest project. A complete rebuild and modified for street use.
No part is untouched. Most parts are anodized, hard coat or powder coated. many new parts were re-machined to his liking.

Custom Guitar

A slow day at the office prompted this project.

This is a billet aluminum guitar designed by myself. I wish I could play!

The pick guard and removeable back are made from carbon fiber.
I have tried to design more but none of my other ideas looked as good as this one.
I also started one with the same shape but machined from clear plastic. It looks good but I haven't finished it yet.
